Suspension includes factory-installed front forks and rear shocks where equipped. Brake coverage excludes ordinary brake pad wear. Display/wiring covers the original factory display and wiring harness. Where a mileage cap also applies to a component, the earlier limit controls. Unlisted parts require model-specific coverage confirmation.

3. Additional Component Coverage

For eligible Warrior models under their applicable original warranty schedule, additional component coverage may include:

These additional terms do not automatically apply to all RFN models. Confirm eligibility against the applicable original model-specific warranty. The revised 12-month component schedule does not shorten pre-existing coverage.

4. What Is Covered

RFN USA covers verified manufacturing defects in eligible factory-installed components under normal use and proper maintenance. For an approved claim, RFN USA may repair or replace the affected component subject to applicable law. Approved replacement parts and standard outbound shipping within the applicable service territory are provided at no cost. A whole-bike replacement is not automatic.

5. Authorized Dealer Responsibilities

  1. Verify model, VIN, proof of purchase and retail delivery date.
  2. Inspect the issue and complete RFN USA troubleshooting requests.
  3. Collect clear photos, video and diagnostic results.
  4. Submit the claim using the RFN USA website warranty form.
  5. Obtain approval before any warranty replacement or reimbursement promise.
  6. Retain affected parts until RFN USA issues return or disposal instructions.
  7. Maintain sales and service records.

6. Warranty Claim Submission

All authorized dealers must submit claims through the official online form. Include dealer and customer contact information, bike model, VIN, purchase proof, delivery date, mileage if available, detailed fault description, photos/videos and troubleshooting results. Additional documentation or tests may be required. Submission does not guarantee approval.

7. Warranty Parts Replacement

Approved eligible components are supplied without charge, including standard outbound replacement-part shipping. RFN USA may ship to the authorized dealer or another approved destination. Repairs or purchases made without prior written approval are not automatically reimbursable.

8. Return of Defective Parts

Dealers must retain defective parts until RFN USA provides written return/disposal instructions. If return is requested, follow the supplied procedures. Failure to return a required part may result in claim denial or replacement-part charges, where permitted by law and the communicated claim terms. Confirm return shipping arrangements before dispatch.

9. Labor and Installation Costs

RFN USA does not reimburse dealer labor, inspection, diagnosis, removal, installation, third-party service, transportation or pickup costs unless specifically authorized in writing or required by applicable law. Dealers should disclose customer-paid service charges before performing work.

10. Warranty Exclusions

Damage or failures caused by ordinary wear, crashes, abuse, misuse, neglect, improper assembly or maintenance, water intrusion, corrosion, improper battery charging/storage, incompatible aftermarket parts, or modifications that caused the fault are not covered. Commercial, rental, competition or use outside the intended operating conditions is excluded subject to applicable law. Tires, brake pads and other consumables are excluded for ordinary wear. Aftermarket parts alone do not automatically invalidate unrelated coverage where prohibited by law.

11. Shipping Damage

Shipping damage is not a manufacturing defect. Dealers should inspect shipments and report damage within 72 hours with packaging, label and damage photos. RFN USA may assist with carrier documentation. Statutory rights and applicable carrier claim periods remain unaffected.

12. Warranty Start Date and Dealer Inventory

Warranty starts on delivery to the original retail purchaser, not when unsold inventory reaches a dealer. Keep invoices, VIN and proof of delivery. Inventory issues before retail sale are subject to the dealer purchase agreement and inventory-support procedures.

13. Changes to Warranty Terms

The revised schedules shown here apply prospectively to eligible retail purchases made on or after the effective date. Bikes purchased earlier retain the applicable policy in force at the time of purchase; their existing warranty rights are not retroactively reduced. RFN USA may publish future revisions with a new effective date.

14. Warranty Decisions

RFN USA reviews claims and may request additional evidence or troubleshooting. Only RFN USA may authorize a warranty replacement on its behalf. Dealers must not promise whole-bike replacements, refunds or reimbursement without written authorization, without limiting the dealer's independent legal responsibilities.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, RFN USA disclaims liability for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of use and business interruption. Nothing in this policy restricts non-waivable statutory rights. Rights and remedies may vary by state.

16. Dealer Acknowledgment

Authorized dealers are expected to follow the applicable warranty and claim procedures, communicate correct terms to purchasers, and comply with their separate executed dealer agreement.
